NPPA - IP model

24-hour shifts

EMR : EPIC

NPPA covers both sides of the house

Virtual backup for EM / HM daily with HM Telehealth coverage at night

Qualifications

PA - EM / HM experience is a must

UMMC TelEmergency Certification - required by NPs and PAs
