Position Description :
The Ingram School of Engineering at Texas State University seeks a non-tenure-track Assistant Professor of Instruction in its Manufacturing Engineering Program, beginning Fall 2026. Our ABET-accredited program enjoys a long history of research and industry collaboration in conventional and advanced manufacturing. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to student-centered teaching and mentoring at the undergraduate and graduate levels, participate in curriculum and program development, and engage in university and professional service. Preference is given to candidates with expertise in advanced manufacturing techniques and technologies, including AI-based manufacturing, additive manufacturing, robotics, control and instrumentation, composites, simulation, and semiconductor manufacturing.
