The Opportunity

In this role you will have the opportunity to :

• Manage a program with very large or complex inter-related projects or multiple moderate size projects, representing multisector Capital Improvement Plans ranging from hundreds of millions to more than $1B in total capital value
• Represent the owner in managing 3rd party designers and constructors
• Represent the organization as the primary contact on contracts and projects
• Be responsible for all aspects of the program including : all phases of planning and execution of a Capital Improvement Plan
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to respond to client priorities

This role will be a part of BV Operations. BV Operations as a group supports all three market sectors at BV - Governments & Environment, Energy & Process Industries, and Connectivity, Commercial & Industrial. Within BV Operations, this role will be a part of the Civil Infrastructure sub-discipline and will be focused on the design, procurement and construction of a variety of water infrastructure support efforts including, but not limited to treatment facilities, conveyance / collection systems, and Program Management.
