Join our team as a shipper, where you'll play a crucial role in packaging and shipping orders in alignment with customer requirements and company policies. Located at Medina, we offer competitive wages and flexible work hours to accommodate your schedule. Location : Medina, MN Wage : $20 - $22 / hr. Hours : Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 : 30 pm or Tuesday - Friday from 7 am to 5 : 30 pm Benefits of the shipper : Medical Dental Disability Life PTO Profit Sharing 401K Plan Annual Bonus Tuition Reimbursement. Duties of the shipper : Package and ship orders according to customer requirements and company procedures. Work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate the ability to work independently. Maintain a positive "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow on the job. Effectively communicate with company personnel and others, both verbally and in writing. Requirements of the shipper : High school education or equivalent. Shipping experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. Intermediate PC skills with the ability to navigate between screens. Microsoft Office Word and Excel knowledge. Accurate handling of numbers and instructions.
