Posting Details (Default Section) Posting Number : 20251251F Position Title : Professor of Practice Position Type : Faculty Recruitment Type : Internal / External Applicants Work Schedule : full-time / 12-months Department : 241-Law School Instruction Position Summary : Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law is seeking an experienced tax practitioner for the position of Professor of Practice for the Graduate Tax Program. The Graduate Tax Program offers a Master of Laws in Taxation (LLM) for students who have completed a JD, a Master of Taxation (MT) for students without a legal background, and several certificate programs in specialized areas of taxation available to students of any academic background.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Teach on-campus and online courses in the Graduate Tax Program.
• Counsel students on academic issues, professional development, and employment opportunities.
• Assist with marketing and outreach to increase student enrollment, assist students with employment opportunities, and enhance the program’s reputation and profile.
• Assist Faculty Director with overseeing the Graduate Tax Program’s academic programs, including curriculum, teaching, and adjunct faculty.
