RN - Clinic | Day Shift

We are seeking a (RN Clinic) for a 13-weeks travel / contract assignment in Seabrook, NH.\n\nJob Details : \n

• Shift : Day Shift(8) - 8 : 00 start\n
• Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week\n
• Weekly Pay Rate : $2000 - $2120\n\nResponsibilities : \n
• Perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments of patients health status.\n
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as prescribed.\n
• Assist in minor clinical procedures and monitor patients post-procedure.\n
• Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and health management.\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).\n
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure proper infection control practices.\n
• Assist with care coordination, including referrals, lab orders, and follow-up appointments.\n
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance standards.\n\nRequirements : \n
• Education : Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.\n
• License : Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire.\n
• Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.\n
• Experience : Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience\n\nAdditional Perks : \n
