The Activities Director Secretary supports the high school Activities Office by providing administrative, clerical, and customer service assistance. This role helps coordinate athletics, student clubs, and school events while serving as a key contact for students, staff, and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Activities Director.
- Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and activity records.
- Use GoBound.com to manage eligibility, registrations, and schedules.
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide clear information.
- Maintain calendars, forms, and communication for activities and athletics.
- Support coaches and advisors with required documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong technology skills (Google / Microsoft apps).Experience with or ability to learn GoBound.com.Excellent people and phone skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.Ability to maintain confidentiality.
