Responsibilities :

Operate CNC or automated lathes to produce high-precision parts

Read and interpret blueprints

Inspect parts according to required specifications

Troubleshoot machine issues and adjust settings to ensure excellent production

Adjust and change tooling as required to maintain product quality

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes

Qualifications :

No experience required to get started

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).

Availability to work 1stshift, Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM for at least the first 3-6 Months

Availability to work the 3rd shift Monday – Friday, 3 : 30 PM to 12 : 00 AM after training period.
