As an In-Store Merchandising Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional merchandising support to retailers, catering to shoppers' needs. Your responsibilities will include creating attractive displays and end caps, organizing shelf resets with product rotation, and monitoring inventory levels to help stores and suppliers maximize sales potential. About You :

  • Enjoy interacting with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Able to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to and from your work location
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal skills when working with clients, customers, and team members
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Capable of working independently while also fostering effective teamwork
  • Ability to maintain a safety-first approach in a retail environment
