Facility & CNC Maintenance Technician

One of Insight Global's clients is looking for a Maintenance & Facility Technician to join their team!

Position : Facility & CNC Maintenance Technician

Location : Irvine, CA

Duration : Contract-to-Hire

Hourly Rate : $32-38 / hr

Work Schedule :

Training Period : First 2 months, 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM.

Regular Shift : 2nd shift, 1 : 30 PM – 10 : 30 PM.

Overtime Opportunity : 2–10 hours / week, some Saturdays.

Workdays : Monday – Friday.

Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience maintaining CNC machinery (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Mazak).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Comfortable working in industrial and manufacturing environments.
• Basic computer literacy; experience with CMMS systems is a plus.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and performing manual tasks safely.
