Export Compliance Specialist

Work cross functionally to ensure smooth export of our products to international customers by assessing and adhering to export requirements, liaising with external partners to interpret and adhere to import requirements at destination and ensuring all relevant documentation is compiled and correctly archived while working to improve lead times.

Essential Functions :

• Provide necessary documentation for all exports.
• Ability to navigate partner government agency websites, requirements, regulations, etc.
• Interpret regulations and their applicability to our business.
• Obtain the knowledge of required documentation for all importing countries.
• Audit and teach other departments to ensure that gaps are filled in exports.
• Maintain export folders to be sure that government document retention policies are followed.

Job Specifications :

Education and Experience : This job requires a bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience in an international transportation position or a comparable combination of education and experience.
