In the Role

• Effectively multitask and adapt to the evolving demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy, encouragement, and ease, delivering results that align with individual and branch goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process, presenting tailored solutions based on their specific needs.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while strictly adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and collaborate with other departments through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and our proprietary systems.
• Show a strong passion for achievement, driven by an internal desire to succeed and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they understand their loans, terms, and available options.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
