About you :

• You earned a bachelor’s degree within the last 10 years and / or will be earning a bachelor's degree before February 18, 2026
• You live within a two-hour commuting distance to San Francisco Bay Area
• You are unemployed (and legally authorized to work in the U.S.) or underemployed (meaning your current job description does not require a bachelor’s degree.)
• You are a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. (i.e. permanent resident, employment authorization, DACA recipient.)
• You must be available three evenings a week (Monday-Wednesday, 6 : 30-9 : 30 PM)
• You will be at least 21 years of age by February 18, 2026
