As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Recruiter to join us at our Columbia, SC, location .
In this pivotal role, you’ll directly contribute to our growth by recruiting top-producing agents and promising new licensees , guiding them through onboarding, and supporting their development through powerful coaching and training programs. You’ll collaborate closely with company owners and staff, and have the chance to earn significant income through recruiting bonuses . While BIC-eligible candidates are preferred, we’re open to the right person who brings leadership, passion, and a growth mindset to the table.
Compensation :

Responsibilities :
Proactively source, identify, and engage with prospective agents to join Century 21 VanguardBuild and maintain strong relationships with local real estate professionals, showcasing the benefits of partnering with our brokerageConduct interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding processCollaborate with leadership to set recruiting goals and track progress toward monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring targetsFollow up consistently with prospects to maintain engagement and move them through the recruitment pipelineMaintain accurate records of recruiting activities, interviews, and candidate communications in the company’s systemsRepresent Century 21 Vanguard at networking events, career fairs, and industry functions to attract top talentConduct presentations or info sessions to communicate the company’s value proposition and growth opportunitiesStay up-to-date on real estate industry trends, licensing requirements, and competitive brokerage offeringsDemonstrate a positive, professional, and confident presence in all interactions with potential recruitsAdhere to scheduled work hours and be available for evening or weekend recruiting events if necessaryEmbrace a coachable mindset and continuously improve through training, mentorship, and self-developmentQualifications :
Ideally, 3+ years of recruiting, sales, or real estate experience; however, candidates with 1–2 years of related experience and a strong track record in relationship building or lead generation are encouraged to applyProven ability to identify, attract, and build relationships with top talent in competitive industriesStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in conducting interviews, presentations, and follow-up conversationsSales-minded with persistence and resilience when engaging prospective recruitsTech-savvy and able to effectively use CRMs, recruiting platforms, and social media for outreach and candidate engagementMust hold a current SC Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one within six months of hire (preferred, not required)Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to represent Century 21 Vanguard as an industry leader and trusted career partnerAbout Company
