What Youll Do

• Oversee 510 store locations, ensuring strong sales, service, and operational performance
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers through regular visits, meetings, and training
• Analyze performance data and P&L reports to drive growth and profitability
• Support recruitment, staffing, and employee engagement initiatives
• Conduct business reviews and ensure compliance with company standards
• Travel regularly across assigned locations
