Impactful Work : Provide essential mental health services as part of an integrated care team. Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Licensure : Active Ohio State License (LCSW, LICSW, or LISWS). Experience : New graduates welcome; experienced clinicians encouraged to apply. Technical Skills : Knowledge of behavioral health assessment and treatment modalities; EHR proficiency. Soft Skills : Strong therapeutic skills, empathy, cultural competence, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations Provide individual, group, and family therapy services Develop and implement treatment plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty group Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings
