Job Description

Job Summary/Objective:

Responsible for safely and effectively leading and providing direction to a crew or team on a single job site to

increase productivity, reduce waste, increase revenue, and reduce expenses while ensuring the highest degree

of quality craftwork

Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the safety of all crews assigned and the safe execution of processes.

* Correctly performs all distribution work, craftwork and processes as outlined in Novinium Rejuvenation Instructions (NRI).

* Efficiently plan daily schedule and work, identify, and avoid hazards, and record daily work activities.

* Provide reports to management and customers, as directed.

* Perform inventory control (initial ordering, re-ordering supplies, and quarterly/monthly inventory counts) on crew assigned materials.

* Document rejuvenation and cable data into Knomentous and customer reports

* Assist with identifying out-of-scope requests and work with Area Manager / Regional Operations Managers and Sales Managers to facilitate change-orders.

* Report and document abnormalities and incidents in a timely fashion.

* Responsible for the quality and productivity of team members assigned to them. Train and develop team members assigned.

* Responsible for the quality and productivity of subcontractors assigned.

* Approve time sheets for Novinium employees and timesheets and/or production sheets submitted by subcontractors.

* Direct workflow and approve work performed by subcontractors.
