Job Description

About the Role : We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician with hands-on experience in high-voltage systems, electrical equipment troubleshooting, and automation controls. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of 480V power systems, switchgear, PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and industrial control panels. This position requires both technical expertise and problem-solving ability to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, including 480V distribution, switchgear, motor starters, and VFDs.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and control system issues quickly and effectively.
• Perform wiring, terminations, and setup of control panels, PLC-based systems, and automation equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Support production and maintenance teams in resolving electrical issues.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, retrofits, and new installations.
