Job descriptionProvide technical documentation, including system design, performance benchmarks, and risk assessments. Support system performance testing, troubleshooting, and optimization. Ensure disaster recovery and data backup strategies are implemented per IT requirements. Implement solutions compatible with enterprise storage (SAN, NAS) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure). Assist in contract negotiations and solution design reviews. Provide knowledge transfer and post-implementation technical support. Skill set info Required Skills & Experience : 7+ years of experience in IT architecture, software development, and system engineering. Strong expertise in network security, enterprise IT infrastructure, and cloud platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, VMware vSphere, Windows Server, and Active Directory. Hands-on experience with : Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, and compliance standards (HIPAA, NIST, CJIS). Ability to oversee and optimize system performance, scalability, and IT service continuity. Experience working in an ITIL-based service management environment. Networking Expertise - Knowledge of Cisco network security, IDS / IPS, and VPN configurations. Cloud Computing - Experience with AWS, Azure, and virtualization using VMware vSphere Database Administration - Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server 2014 / 2016 and Oracle databases. Enterprise Security Compliance - Adherence to Change Management, IT Security, and Disaster Recovery standards. Project Management Tools - Experience using Microsoft Project Server for planning and reporting. Enterprise Collaboration - Ability to integrate with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint Enterprise, and Teams.
