About The Position

• 24-hour call coverage 2 weekends per month with 1 week clinic coverage monthly
• 7 am - 5 pm clinic hours during weekly coverage night call required
• 2 - 5 patient encounters expected per shift
• 20-minute call response time 1 : 3 call ratio
• Core procedures include cardiac bypass, valve repair / replacement, and aneurysm repair
• Thoracic and endoscopic surgery skills preferred
• Both inpatient and outpatient rounding required
• Phone consultations part of regular duties
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
