Facility Maintenance Technician

Location : Central Islip

Shift : First Shift

Pay : Up to $23 / hour based on experience

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, power tools, and HVAC systems. This role involves cleaning, maintaining, and repairing the manufacturing facility.

• General facility maintenance / general labor.
• The individual will be responsible to dissembling various parts of the HVAC Systems.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
• Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns or requests from staff regarding facility issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs made and parts used.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall facility operations.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00 / hr.
