Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse, located in Alexandria, LA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessments, treatment planning, and administering medication. Daily tasks also include collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care, documenting patient information, and educating patients and their families about health management. The nurse will also be involved in maintaining a clean and safe environment for both patients and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Louisiana
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessments, treatment planning, and medication administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with healthcare team members
• Proficiency in patient documentation and health education
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe patient care environment
• Current CPR / BLS certification
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations effectively
