Requirements :
- We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications :
- Over 10 years of general IT support experience.
- At least 3 years of employment at a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
- A minimum of 3 years supporting Microsoft cloud environments, including Office 365, Azure, Entra, and SharePoint.
- Experience handling network hardware such as routers, switches, and access points.
- At least 3 years of experience assisting customers through Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
- Proven experience in managing enterprise backups.
- Experience with supporting and maintaining cloud-based VoIP systems.
- Relevant certifications such as Network+ and CCNA.
Responsibilities :
In this role, I will require you to :Provide advanced technical assistance and support to our clients and serve as an escalation point for Tier I and II technicians.Engage in proactive improvements to IT infrastructures to reduce the need for reactive support.Utilize a strong technical skill set to address and resolve complex IT issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Recognize patterns in recurring IT challenges and implement long-term solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency.Technologies :
