Partners Professional is pleased to be assisting our client searching for experienced Procurement Specialists for openings at their facility located in Savannah / Pooler GA. The selected candidates will drive purchasing operations and source for their manufacturing and offices on site daily, Monday thru Friday, 8-5. This role is being offered as a contract-to-hire opportunity with the goal of permanent placement with successful production, attendance, application of training and systems. You must currently reside within a comfortable commute distance to Pooler / Savannah GA.

Responsibilities :

• Using experience in analytics, cost control, accounting and finance
• Connect with vendors and negotiate competitive bids
• Sourcing competitive pricing and optimize vendor selection
• Execute purchases and issue POs -full cycle process
• Record keeping and production, document control
• Collaborate across teams to meet purchasing goals
• Strong professional communication skills- external, internal- verbally, written
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Manage semi-finished goods production and coordinate first articles
