Job Summary
We are seeking a office manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. This individual must have a strong knowledge of dental insurances and dental assisting. Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, paying invoices, negotiating with vendors, overseeing staff, and maintaining office equipment. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures.

Maintain calendar of appointments and meetingsOversee training and development of teamCollaborate with owner to create, update, and maintain office proceduresMaintain office equipment in good working orderPay and record invoicesNegotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providersAccurately maintain general office budgetEnsure credentialing of insurances are completed in a timely manorQualifications
High school diploma / GED required, some college preferredPrevious experience as an Dental Office Manager or similar position preferredUnderstanding of office equipment, systems, and proceduresStrong knowledge of dental insurance and prior authorizations requiredSkilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and OutlookExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasksStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills
