Job Description Designers support three primary store priorities : Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them, assessing their project needs, providing showroom tours, and making design and purchasing recommendations. They also ensure stock levels of samples and brochures are maintained and that showrooms are appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers help drive sales and achieve store goals.
