Job Summary

Seeking a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician (MD / DO) for locum coverage

Facility volume : approximately 7,100 annual visits

Coverage : 24-hour physician shifts (8a8p, 8p8a, or 24-hour blocks)

Open ICU with no on-call requirements

Must be comfortable working independently

Will accept EM, IM, or FM physicians (ABPS not accepted)

Credentialing Requirements

Active Illinois medical license

Illinois-controlled substance license and DEA with IL address

ACLS, ATLS, PALS (Merit Badges required)

CME from the past 2 years

Copies of all diplomas and training certifications

Drivers license
