Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)

Are you passionate about animals and exceptional client service? We're looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) with experience to join our team at VCA Old Tappan Veterinary Hospital located in Norwood NJa place where compassionate care meets excellence.

Why We Need You As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for :

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable face of our practice
• Greet clients and manage check-ins / check-outs with professionalism and warmth
• Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client communications
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate closely with medical staff to ensure seamless care
• Help maintain a calm and organized front office environmenteven on the busiest days!

Mandatory - Rotating Saturday shift, evening shift, and reliable transportation both during normal hours and inclement weather.

Compensation Range : $17.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience
