We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing product launches for our automotive customers, including industry leaders such as Ford and Honda. This position requires a strong ability to manage cost budgets, address risks and issues, and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Oversee and manage product launches for automotive customers, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop and manage cost budgets, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with the quality team to understand and address quality issues, ensuring high standards are maintained.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations and secure necessary resources.
• Primarily desk-based work using Microsoft Projects and Smart Sheets to track project progress and manage documentation.
• Keep track of orders, work with the supply chain team, and understand parts requirements. Perform calculations to determine necessary parts and quantities.
• Handle documentation from automotive customers and coordinate meetings as needed.
• Act as the intermediary between upper management and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.

The pay range for this position is $84000.00 - $92000.00 / hr.
