In this role, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents. Your ability to work efficiently and professionally will play a crucial role in enhancing the living experience for our community members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of property facilities.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Assist in maintaining exterior grounds and common areas of the property.
• Keep an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all maintenance activities.
