Role description

We’re looking for a fully licensed LMSW or LLP to fill a contractor role providing outpatient psychotherapy. The right candidate values meaningful, balanced clinical work in a supportive environment. Enjoy flexibility, a 65% fee split, and the ease of having billing and EMR handled for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual (and optional couples / family) psychotherapy for adults and / or adolescents
  • Use evidence-based approaches and a warm, relational style aligned with client goals
  • Maintain timely, high-quality documentation in our EMR
  • Participate in bimonthly case consults; collaborate with a kind, skilled team
  • Uphold ethical standards and protect client confidentiality

    • What You’ll Bring

  • Active, independent Michigan license : LMSW (Clinical) or LLP (Master’s-level Psychologist)
  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology from an accredited program
  • Comfort with EMR, basic telehealth platforms, and a paper-light workflow
  • Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
  • NPI (and CAQH profile if paneled / desired)
  • Strengths in any of the following are a plus : CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma-informed care, anxiety / OCD, mood disorders, life transitions

    • Caseload, Schedule & Modality

  • Contractor (1099), flexible schedule
  • Hybrid options available; in-person work takes place in our Northville office (3 beautiful rooms)
  • Target caseload ~30 sessions / month (you can do more if you wish)
