You'll act as a consultant, guiding hiring managers and candidates through the entire recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for everyone involved. Responsibilities :

• Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.
• Analyze market trends and leverage data insights to inform sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Design and execute targeted recruiting campaigns to attract top talent.
• Evaluate and assess candidates through interviews and skills assessments.
• Manage the offer process, ensuring a competitive and compelling package for selected candidates.
• Promote the company's employer value proposition to attract and engage potential candidates.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and recruiting trends.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
