We are seeking a Physician Liaison in East Houston to help expand our presence in the region. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a background in ABA, pediatrics, healthcare sales, medical sales, or physician outreach who is passionate about connecting families with life-changing services.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow referral networks with healthcare providers (pediatricians, neurologists, psychologists, etc.) as well as hospitals, clinics, schools, and community organizations serving children with autism.
• Drive territory development through cold calling, physician visits, and presentations to educate providers about BI's ABA therapy programs.
• Partner with physicians and referral sources to increase awareness of autism diagnosis, early intervention, and access to ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and center teams to ensure referrals are managed efficiently and admissions goals are met.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage outreach activities, track referral outcomes, and build a strong pipeline.
• Represent BI at community events, pediatric healthcare conferences, and professional networking meetings.
• Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends in pediatrics, behavioral health, and ABA therapy
