Pay Range :   Between $100,000 to $125,000, based on experience and certifications

As a growing team, we’re looking for a proactive and experienced  Construction Safety Manager  to help uphold our safety standards and protect what matters most : our people.

✅  Responsibilities

• Oversee and enforce safety protocols across active job sites
• Daily site visits conducting regular inspections, audits, and safety meetings
• Investigate incidents and near-misses and follow up with corrective action
• Train employees and subcontractors on safety procedures and compliance
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal / OSHA, and site-specific safety plans
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and leadership to promote a culture of safety
