A day in the life of a Paid Media Associate at Vans looks a little like this.

As the Paid Media Associate, you will work directly with the North America Paid Media team in the planning and execution of integrated paid media. You will collaborate with key team members on eCommerce and Marketing to align on business goals and priorities. You will be responsible for set up and optimization of digital media campaigns on social, search, shopping, and affiliate, with support from our media agency partners. This role will report into the head of Paid Media.

• Media Strategy Execution : Assist in the execution of media strategies by supporting the planning and buying process. Help with the setup and monitoring of media campaigns across various channels and ensure all campaign assets are correctly implemented, and deadlines are met.
• Performance Analysis and Optimization : Collect and organize data related to media campaign performance. Assist in preparing performance reports and presentations. Support the Manager in identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes to improve campaign outcomes.
• Cross Functional Collaboration : You will help schedule and organize meetings and communication between the media team and marketing teams to align on seasonal campaigns and product priorities. With strong administrative skills, you'll help prepare meeting materials, take detailed notes and follow up on action items. You will also assist in managing relationships with external partners and agencies to ensure smooth execution of media plans.

Hiring Range : $71,712.00 USD - $89,640.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
