RiseWell Community Services is seeking a full-time Program Manager to join our outreach services team located in Patchogue, NY.

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall operation and development of the P.O.W.E.R. Program, Senior / Junior Companion, Advocacy and Peer Bridger Programs as well as the Assistant Case Management, Respite Plus, and Evening Drop-In Programs including staff recruitment, supervision and training, oversight of documentation, reporting to funding sources, coordination of services, and program evaluation and development.

Qualifications :

Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred). Minimum five years of supervisory experience in a mental health setting. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and all clearances from the Justice Center. Clean NYS Driver's license.
