Job Summary (List Format) :

• Work Schedule : Sunday-Wednesday during Thanksgiving Christmas and New Years weeks; Monday-Friday otherwise
• Location : ProMedica Hickman Cancer Center ProMedica Flower Hospital Sylvania OH
• Patient Population : Adolescents Adults and Geriatrics
• Patient Volume : 8 visits per day
• Work Setting : Adult outpatient 1 treatment room
• Required Certifications : BCLS ARRT Ohio state license
• Experience Required : Minimum 3 years; first-time travelers accepted (no locals within 50 miles)
• Department Procedures : SRS SBRT IGRT IMRT Electron and Conventional treatments
• General Skills : CBCT / kV / mV imaging (required); Wedges Emergency Cases Aria EPIC and Varian treatment machines (preferred)
• Pre-treatment Skills : CT Simulation Tumor Localization Custom molds / shields (preferred)
• Treatment Planning System : Eclipse (Varian)
• Specialty Treatments : Electron Field Respiratory Gating / Breath Hold (Left Breast) Stereotactic Radiosurgery Gynecomastia Prophylactic and Benign Brain Tumor treatments
• Cancer / Illness Experience : Pancreatic Testicular Kidney Prostate (w / Seeds / Fiducials) Leukemia Hodgkins / Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma Graves Disease Keloids
• Linear Accelerator Experience : Varian TrueBeam TrueBeam Edge Trilogy
• Documentation Systems : ARIA Epic
• Uniform : Dark gray scrubs
