The Role

Eliassen Group is seeking a Data Warehouse Architect & AI Analytics Lead to join our high-performing team. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on evolving our data infrastructure and enabling predictive, AI-driven analytics. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data warehousing, cloud-based solutions, and machine learning, and will collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver scalable, impactful data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of extensions to a Data Vault 2.0-modeled data warehouse.
• Architect and pilot predictive analytics initiatives, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
• Design and implement Star and Snowflake schemas to support BI reporting.
• Maintain and enhance automated data loading routines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine data requirements.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based data solutions.
• Apply best practices in data modeling, ETL / ELT processes, and data warehousing.

Base salary : $140,000 - $150,000. This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual / quarterly bonus opportunity.
