Location : Maui, Hawaii

Compensation : $35–$60 / hour (based on experience)

The Opportunity

Alpha Inc. is seeking a skilled, self-driven Electrical Technician to join our fast-paced Energy team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality electrical systems and installations—from residential and commercial wiring to large-scale infrastructure projects. While you'll work on solar PV and battery systems as part of our renewable energy portfolio, the majority of your impact will come from installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of electrical systems that keep Hawaii powered.

In this role, you'll take on diverse electrical projects, including panel installs, conduit work, SCADA system wiring, and low-voltage applications. You'll collaborate with a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and precision—ensuring every project meets Alpha's high standards.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of electrical field experience, enjoys variety in their work, and can adapt to different job site environments. If you're confident with your tools, eager to learn, and ready to build electrical systems that last, you'll fit right in at Alpha.
