We have an opening for a Systems Engineer or Principal Systems Engineer to join our Seychelles program. This position is located onsite in Fairfax, VA. As a Software-focused Systems Engineer specializing in CAMEO, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated systems engineering projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration and execution of software solutions within our systems engineering framework.

Key responsibilities include :

• Systems Engineering and Modeling : Utilize Cameo Systems Modeler to develop and maintain system models, ensuring comprehensive and cohesive documentation.
• Software Integration : Work with software engineering teams to integrate software solutions into the overall system architecture, aligning with project requirements and objectives.
• Requirements Management : Develop, analyze, and verify system requirements, ensuring traceability and effective communication across the project lifecycle.
• Simulation and Analysis : Conduct system simulations and analysis to validate design and performance, utilizing CAMEO and other modeling tools.
• Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, hardware engineers, and other stakeholders, to deliver cohesive and efficient solutions.
• Documentation and Reporting : Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest advancements in systems engineering and modeling tools, recommending and implementing best practices.

Salary range : $89,400.00 - $134,200.00 Salary Range 2 : $110,300.00 - $165,500.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
