Pile Driver Foreman
The Pile Driver Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activity of Pile Driver workers to ensure that work is done safely, correctly and timely. Have knowledge in heavy rigging, and preferably has basic to advanced rigging (per NCCER). Must learn and understand all safety hazards related to the work and learn to safely and effectively use or operate work related tools and equipment. Will be required to work in a plant operations or a construction jobsite setting.

- Inspect the quality of all work to ensure standards and specifications are met
- Assist workers in their duties and resolve problems
- Interpret and enforce company policies and safety regulations
- Assist with erection and dismantling lattice boom cranes
- Plumb piles with levels
- Interpret hand signals in order to direct cranes for pile driving activities
- Read prints and take measurements to assist in laying out
- Assist other craft workers as needed
