About The Position

Specialty accepted : Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Start date or shifts : Ongoing until a permanent provider is found

Daily schedule : Monday 6 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM; Tuesday 9 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM; Wednesday 6 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM; Thursday 9 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM; Friday 6 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM

Practice setting : Clinic

Requirements : Master’s degree NP / PA program from an accredited college / university, minimum 3 years primary care experience, EMR experience, ability to work independently, active and unrestricted licensure, CPR (BLS), NPI, DEA, National Board Certification

Additional information : Position focuses on prevention, wellness, and maintenance of health in partnership with patients. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients, prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, educating patients, and collaborating with physicians as needed. May require travel or phlebotomy at some sites. Experience with pediatric patients may be required. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
