Estate Administration Paralegal – Hackensack, NJ

An established law firm in Hackensack, NJ is seeking an experienced Estate Administration Paralegal to join its busy Trusts & Estates practice group.

Responsibilities :

Prepare documents to admit wills to probate
Complete NJ inheritance tax returns
Gather and organize all financial information needed for filings
Track deadlines and maintain status updates for multiple estates
Communicate regularly with clients, accountants, appraisers, and other third parties

Ideal Background :

5+ years of estate administration experience

Position Details :

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Work Arrangement : Fully onsite in Hackensack, NJ

Salary : $75,000 – $85,000 , depending on experience
