Job Overview :

Connected Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting opportunity at Graham Hospital in Illinois. This position is ideal for a nurse with Med Surg or LTAC experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering top-quality care.

Responsibilities :

Deliver patient-centered care in a Med Surg and Long-Term Acute Care unit

Assess, monitor, and document patient condition and progress

Administer medications and coordinate treatment plans

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Uphold hospital standards and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications :

Active RN license in the state of Illinois (or compact eligible)

Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)

Minimum of 1 year of recent Med Surg or LTAC experience preferred

Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Available to start ASAP
