Job Summary :

The Production Associate is responsible for assisting in daily manufacturing operations, including operating and supporting press machines, assembling parts, and packaging finished products. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Follow all plant safety guidelines, practices, and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist machine operators with press operations, removing parts, and separating parts from scrap.
• Assemble, stack, and package parts as required according to work orders.
• Interpret and follow company work orders and job control procedures accurately.
• Prepare materials, totes, skids, boxes, and packaging for production needs.
• Ensure proper labeling and movement of finished products to designated storage or next process area.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Monitor equipment safety devices and report any unsafe behavior or conditions.
• Work efficiently to meet or exceed production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or Team Leader.

Required Skills :

Education :

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience :

3–6 months of related experience and / or training in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
