Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a Supply Chain Field Organization Program Manager in Oak Ridge, TN. As the Program Manager, you will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and execution of the Supply Chain Field Organization which manages the ACO supply chain.

What You Will Do :

• Leading a cross functional team to optimize supplier reliability and quality performance
• Identifying and facilitating the review and qualification of new suppliers
• Driving continuous improvement within the supply chain
• Mitigating supply chain risks by establishing contingency plans
• Identifying opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs
• Monitoring and maintaining metrics to measure supply chain performance
