A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist I.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored local HR services and support for the Business Unit
Act as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding HR queries and processes
Identify service issues, propose improvements, and support the implementation of changes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED required; college education preferred
2+ years of HR coordination / generalist support experience required
Experience or exposure to a labor union environment is a plus
Manufacturing environment experience is a plus
