AI Task Analyst

Compensation is $20 / h, with room for the best performs to grow into a manager position.

We're looking for detail-oriented people to create puzzles that teach AI agents how to use the internet. You'll design tasks that challenge agents to click, type, and navigate just like humans do. The better your puzzles, the smarter our agents become.

We work with frontier AI research labs, and it's agreed among the labs that creating puzzles like this is quickly becoming one of the most common and important jobs.

What you'll do

• Create clever tasks for AI agents to solve
• Watch agents fail hilariously and document exactly how they messed up
• Design edge cases that make even smart agents struggle
• Work closely with engineers, ask them to solve any problems you run into
