Apartment Community Assistant Manager
Be the heartbeat of our community. Join us as an Assistant Community Manager and help make every resident feel at home!
Nationally recognized apartment management company is hiring for advanced Assistant Property Managers to start immediately .
Job Responsibilities :
- Collecting rent and ancillary fees from residents
- Collections of delinquent accounts
- Posting income and deposits
- Inspection of apartment homes after move-out
- Sales and customer service with current and prospective residents; leasing apartments
- Office management and support
Required Qualifications :
Pay ranges from $19 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.
Luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit experience are a plus as well!
Great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in and work full or part time.
