As a Stretch and Recovery Coach, you will have the rewarding opportunity to help members enhance their movement, performance, and recovery through tailored stretching, mobility, and recovery sessions. You'll leverage your fitness knowledge within a supportive atmosphere designed to yield positive results, aiming to prevent injuries, alleviate soreness, enhance flexibility, and optimize overall athletic performance. With over 70 locations nationwide, this role provides a platform for personal growth, the opportunity to foster long-term client relationships, and the chance to significantly contribute to the health and well-being of our members.
What You'll Do :
- Provide an exceptional Fitness Experience to every member consistently
- Conduct orientations for new members, including biometric assessments and personalized goal setting
- Facilitate safe, customized training sessions while tracking client progress
- Establish and maintain a solid client base (minimum of 12 client hours per week) and achieve booking targets
- Identify and convert potential leads during club hours, events, and initial consultations
- Manage schedule effectively, including session forecasts and arranging substitutes when necessary
- Complete all mandatory training, adhere to club protocols, and maintain flexible working hours
